Markfield Herald New Website

Little Markfield Farm threw its gates open to the public on
Sunday 13th June 2010 for Open Farm Sunday.
Loads of people turned up and enjoyed looking around the farm.
Farm animals and poultry were on view, together with a display of tractors and farm equipment through the ages. There were lots of stalls inside the farm buildings and demonstrations of spinning and weaving.
The burger and hot dogs - made with local produce - proved very popular!
Well done to Brenda Featherstone and family for putting on a great show. See photos below.
